We’re working very hard to resolve the hardware issue with the JDZ3 server.
While waiting for the hardware manufacturer to send the requirement hardware replacement, we’re currently migrating and restoring accounts on a different spare server. This of course is going to take some time as we’re moving a lot data and doing this on account-by-account basis to ensure it’s done flawlessly. Some customers’ site are back up and running while others are still in the migration queue.
Please bear with us as we restore service. We understand the importance of our customers’ online presence and working judiciously get all site back up and running.
