Why do I need a care plan for my WordPress website?

Websites need care and attention just like any other valuable asset. A care plan helps ensure that your website remains optimal, healthy, and secured.

Without a care plan, your website is at risk of becoming outdated, slower, and more susceptible to security breaches. A care plan gives you peace of mind knowing that your website is proactively monitored and maintained.

How does it it take to set up my website care plan?

Once you place your order, we’ll review, approve and process it within 48 hours. Upon approval, we’ll have your plan fully set up within 3 to 5 business days.

What is I need more support time in a given month?

If you need work done on your website that will take more than your dedicated time each month, we can submit a quote for you to approve.

We will look at requests that go beyond your time on a case-by-case basis. We will do the work and bill you for the extra time at our current support rate of $150/hour if we get your approval.

What tasks can I request under the monthly support time?

The monthly support time for each of our web care plans includes updating and adding new things to your website. Here are some examples:

Updating or adding new text
Adding images (you will provide the images)
Adding new pages (you will provide the image and text content)
Adding a new form or updating an existing one
Researching new features or functionality and recommending the best approach
Scheduling blog posts (you’ll provide blog post contents)

Does my monthly support time roll over?

We need to reserve your place in our server delivery queue and resources each month. Unfortunately, if you don’t use your support time in a given month, you will lose them and have to start the following month again.

What happens if my website is hacked, is down, or breaks?

Our website maintenance care plans provide you with peace of mind knowing that our website development experts are available to assist you 24/7.

When there’s a major issue with your website, for example, malware on your site, your site is hacked, goes down, or breaks, we will be there by your side. We’ll coordinate communications with your web hosting provider. And if you’re hosting your website with us, we’ll coordinate communications with our web hosting support team.

The ultimate goal is to bring your site back up effectively. If it’s a case of malware, we’ll clean up your site, remove the malware and restore your site. If it is a hacking case, we work with the web host to harden your server’s security and restore your site from our backup.

Whatever the situation is, we are to help you 24/7!

Yes, you can purchase a website care plan with us if another web design firm designed your website or another web hosting company hosts your website.

Once you place your order, we’ll review it and reach out to you within 48 hours to get your website details to proceed with the onboarding process.

Do you support WooCommerce and Shopify websites?

Yes, we support ecommerce websites running on WooCommerce or Shopify platform on our Pro plan at no additional cost.

If you’re on the Growth plan and require support for WooCommerce or Shopify, there’s an additional cost of $79.95/month.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime, after the minimum 3-month period.

Log into your account portal and open a support ticket requesting cancellation to cancel your care plan.

Your cancellation request must be received at least 30 days before your next care plan’s renewal date.
