Once you place your order, we’ll review, approve and process it within 48 hours. Upon approval, we’ll have your plan fully set up within 3 to 5 business days.
If you need work done on your website that will take more than your dedicated time each month, we can submit a quote for you to approve.
We will look at requests that go beyond your time on a case-by-case basis. We will do the work and bill you for the extra time at our current support rate of $150/hour if we get your approval.
